たなべたい | Tai TANABE
漫画家。昭和44年（1969）京都生まれ
小学校５年生の頃より漫画家を志し、京都市立銅駝美術工芸高校西洋画科から京都精華大学美術学部デザイン学科マンガ分野へ、そして同大学院美術研究科諷刺画分野に進み現在に至る。
平成19年（2007）の第28回読売新聞国際漫画大賞で近藤日出造賞を受賞。
平成22年（2010）6月〜平成30年（2018）6月まで公益社団法人日本漫画家協会・関西ブロック長。

Cartoonist. Born in 1969, at Kyoto city. Decided to be a cartoonist when 5th grade of primary school (aged 11 years old). To studied oil painting at Kyoto city Dohda senior high school of art, and to studied cartoon at cartoon dept., the Kyoto Seika University, faculty of art. Then get master’s degree in fine-art [satirical cartoon], Kyoto Seika University graduate course.
Won the Kondou Hidezou prize [as the 2nd prize] of the 28th The Yomiuri international cartoon contest at 2007. From 2010 to 2018, leader of Kansai chapter of the Japan cartoonists association.
